Well, the time has come. Since we sell just about everything but the computers on computer desk info, we figured what the hell and decided to get our hands onto some PC products to review. Not only are we reviewing them - but featuring some of the best found prices on laptops on the Internet.
There's a number of factors to consider when purchasing a laptop. These are explained below.
Usage
What you want the laptop for defines what you will want in your notebook. If you just want a laptop so you can stay mobile and be connected to the office, you'll likely want wireless Internet or a network card. Wireless Internet is becoming popular as it is offered in many public/private places, including hotels and airports.
System configurations
Most people don't buy laptops for gaming. If this is your desire, be sure to check out our selection of home computers. The reason for this is because LCD monitors aren't quite as good for computer gaming - and laptops usually don't have quite as much processing power as desktop PCs. If you want a mean machine for a laptop, you'll end up paying a lot more.
Hard drive space
Most of the time a large HDD is also not required. You'll only need a large hard drive if you have a lot of large documents you need to store on it, if you're downloading music, etc. Most people connect their laptop to their home PC and transfer anything needed that way, including music and videos. If you're using your laptop as a mobile storage center, then get a bigger HDD.
